“I’m not good enough.” This self lie is told because you are overly self critical. Your friends, family members, and those who love you don’t agree with this (Aqua-chan has bopped me on the head for saying this many time before). What you should be telling yourself is “I’m good enough, in fact, I’m better than that. I’m the best me I can be.”
“I’m hideous.” Now, Virgo. We know your standards are high. But this is a downright lie and you developed this lie by looking at ‘successful’, societal body types. What you should be saying is “I’m someone’s reason to smile so then I should smile about my look too.”
“I will never get to where I want to be.” Now, this one I’m guilty at recently. Yes, Virgo, it seems impossible, but you’ll get there, and when you get there you’ll be amazed by your progress. So take your time (I know, we have no patience), wait, keep working hard. What you should be saying is “All my hard work, all my achievements, failures, problems, successes, and everything I do daily is working toward my ultimate goal. I will get to my ultimate goal little by little each day.”
“I’m forever alone.” I’m also very very very guilty of this one. This isn’t true. Virgos have a hard time finding mates because, again, our standards are super duper high. But they’ll come around, they might even be there already and you’re just not seeing it. What you should be saying is “I should be patient for the right person to come along and not try to rush my fate.”
